The Kleinaitingen water tower has been a widely recognisable landmark on the Lechfeld for more than 100 years. It was built by Italian guest workers between 1912 and 1914 to ensure the community's water supply. Even from today's perspective, it can still be considered an architectural and technical masterpiece. For the water supply, it is no longer of any significance.
