In the Baroque pilgrimage church of St. Jakobus Major, St. Laurentius and the Holy Cross in Biberbach you will find the "Herrgöttle von Biberbach". The Romanesque wooden crucifix from the 13th century was removed from a Württemberg church by iconoclasts in 1525 and brought to Biberbach by a merchant. A legendary organ competition between the ten-year-old Mozart and a local child prodigy took place in the church in 1766.
