5.5 hectares of educational biotope in Thierhaupten.
Springs, streams and "aueroxes" in the pastures can be seen in the Brunnenwasser educational biotope in Thierhaupten. You can explore this area on paths adapted to the landscape. A viewing platform provides a view over the entire 5.5-hectare area. The "aurochs" that graze here on the meadows are so-called Heck cattle - "backbreds", so to speak. For the aurochs have long been extinct.
